Delivery Options Overview

Racketat provides fast and reliable delivery options: Express 4-hour and next-day delivery within the UAE, and express delivery to GCC countries within 2 to 5 working days.

Exchange or Returns

Exchange To return your product , you should send an email to sales@racketat.com and we will send you the courier within 2 business days(courier fees of 20 AED will be deducted from your refund).

· For UAE residents. Our policy for return up to 7 days from the moment your order is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

· Women underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.

· To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If your return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

· Please note that we won’t be able to cancel your order and make a refund once we shipped your parcel.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

· If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

· Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

· Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@racketat.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

· We will replace items for FREE if they are defective ,damaged or we send wrong item. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at sales@racketat.com and our operation team will be in touch for the next process.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We apologize for the delay with your order. For UAE residents, our express same-day delivery typically arrives within 4 hours within Dubai and by the next day for other emirates. Please share your order number, and we’ll promptly check its status to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Thank you for asking! We don’t offer delivery on public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Yes, express same-day and next-day delivery options are available for all orders. Same-day delivery applies within Dubai, while next-day delivery covers all other emirates, excluding remote areas. We’re committed to providing a fast and reliable delivery experience for every purchase.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No, you don’t need to be there to sign for the delivery if you’ve already prepaid. The driver will leave the order at your door and take a picture as proof of delivery. However, if your order is cash on delivery (COD), either you or an authorized person must be present to make the payment.
